CEO for Tidepool, LLC, her start-up launched April, 2010, Suzanne's entrepreneurial venture springs from a 30-year career in Information Technology (IT), including nearly 10 years in public service as an IT executive with the state of Connecticut, and over 18 years in IT with national private sector companies.
As principal IT consultant for her company, she offers experienced intrapreneurship, the ability to make IT happen in large organizations, chiefly through effective change agency, resourceful problem-solving, creative and analytical skills, and organized teambuilding, while serving her clients with professionalism and integrity, both independently and collaboratively.
IT change is a constant that drives business, occupational, and lifestyle changes, including those that impact an IT professional. The variety of IT roles needed organizationally to build, deliver, and support effective enterprise systems demonstrate their inherent complexity. Many specialists are required to do their parts. Moreover, we are required to collaborate in mastering information processing and technology for a common, creative purpose, without knowing exactly how IT will unfold.
Accordingly, Suzanne has performed many IT roles over the course of her career, whether steering or hands-on, focused on delivering the expanding, if always-constrained promise of information technology for end-users, communities, and enterprises seeking innovative solutions, leveraged opportunities, and quality results.
